Government Polytechnic, Ambala City, established in 1929, is a prominent co-educational institution in Haryana, dedicated to providing quality technical education. Initially founded as a Government Industrial School, it evolved through various stages, becoming the Government Technical Institute in 1948 before finally being renamed Government Polytechnic in 1958.
